The Deep Dive | Solo or Partner

Service Description

Heya! I'm a specialist and I could charge $1,000 for these sessions and someday I might. For now, pick whichever price you want! I'm not keeping track! In your sessions you will experience a combination of verbal coaching, somatic embodiment, and subconscious healing through subtle but powerful exercises. You will be held and led by me every step of the way. At times, you will experience euphoric energy or emotional releases right there in the moment. Other times, the exercises will be woven in so seamlessly to our conversation that you may not even realize how much you're shifting until later when you're seeing the world through new eyes. Whether you're attending this value-packed session solo or with a partner, you will receive real-time feedback and direct and loving next steps that you can actually use and run with however your heart desires. Because my work is deeply embodied, intuitive, and energetic, I am able to connect to the heart of the matter very quickly with limited history or storytelling from you.
