Service Description

A session to connect to the spirit of your relationship, yourselves, and each other. Heya! This is a virtual session hosted on Zoom. In your couple sessions you will experience verbal coaching, active relationship practice like facing each other and trying on new ways to communicate, and subconscious healing through subtle but powerful somatic exploration and energy work. You will be held and led by me every step of the way. Because my work is deeply embodied, intuitive, and energetic, I am able to connect to the heart of the matter very quickly with limited history or storytelling from you. This means we can jump right in and make the most of every minute. Whether you're attending sessions solo or with a partner, you will receive real-time feedback and direct and loving next steps that you can actually use and run with however your heart desires.
