Service Description

A ceremonial session for shadow work, ancestral healing, trauma integration, and intuitive truth about your relationship to self and others. Heya! In your sessions you will experience a combination of verbal coaching, somatic embodiment, and subconscious healing through subtle but powerful energy work. You will be held and led by me every step of the way. At times, you will experience euphoric energy or emotional releases right there in the moment. Other times, the medicine will be woven in so seamlessly to our conversation that you may not even realize how much you're shifting until later when you're seeing the world through new eyes. Because my work is deeply embodied, intuitive, and energetic, I am able to connect to the heart of the matter very quickly with limited history or storytelling from you. This means we can jump right in and make the most of every minute. About the space: In my sweet, cozy little den, you'll sit upright on a lovely leather settee (that's a small couch for those who don't speak French). I sit in a separate chair across from you. All sessions are fully clothed, and the room is shoes off. Wear or bring socks for comfort! P.S. I love a fashion look, but make sure you wear something that is flexible when you sit down so you can feel your breath.
