Healing the Subconscious

I've been doing a lot of work with my subconscious lately. I'm healing old wounds so I can welcome in new gifts.


Based on crying volume alone, you can expect me to own a yacht VERY soon. (kidding!)



For a long time I have known the roots of my negative patterns and limiting beliefs, but awareness has not been quite enough to heal or change.


Similarly, you might already have a lot of self-awareness too—around your trauma, patterns that stem from your family of origin, and repetitive relationship experiences. Maybe like me, you're ready for the next step.


Working with a coach (I do!) can help! In my programs you will:


1. Learn your triggers


2. Get intimate with your limiting beliefs


3. Understand how early and significant life experiences shape your worldview and your approach to love and sex


4. Unearth and express your steamiest desires


5. Take steps to heal and change your patterns


6. Integrate your awareness and healing together for better relationships
